eLocalize is ISO 9001:2008 certified by TÜV Süd and has
DIN EN 15038 certification, a proof of its reliability and quality.

Translation

All our translators are selected native speakers of the target language with academic
qualifications. Our translation structure is set in accordance with DIN EN 15038.
For Arabic our standard procedure includes reviewing by a second native speaker,
plus a linguistic check of the deliverables. We are experienced in Trados and most CAT tools..

DTP

Our personnel are specialized in the use of the most professional DTP tools for right-to-left
-languages like Arabic and Hebrew. We also have specialists in European and Asian languages
and scripts. Our quality cycle and quality control cover all kinds of challenges.

Engineering

Our engineering department deals with programming using the latest tools like C++ or Java,
and can handle any request for format changes or data extraction. For localizing websites,
software (GUI) and web applications, they have the requisite skills.

Project Management

Our project managers are a highly experienced team. They well understand the requirements
of translation, and have a good knowledge of the tools and methods, layout and DTP, as well
as engineering capabilities.

Data Security

We have a secure network and servers to ensure that your documents are well guarded on our
side. Upon client demand, data exchange is encrypted using a secure data transmission.
Our project management office is locked and accessible only via special authorization.
We have separate networks and we upload and download data through stand-alone workstations.
Access to our Cairo headquarters is through fingerprint identification only.
