Hatem Elsayed CEO of North Africa Co. for Real Estate Investment (NEST) and Vice President at North Africa Technology Co (NAC) is a graduate of Pace University in business studies. He worked in the financial field for a Wall Street bank and then in marketing of computer software in the States. Since returning to Egypt has worked extensively in the field of information technology, computer hardware, digital networks, software development and telecommunications. However, in the past 10 years he has had more and serious responsibilities for the business group he works for including managing and directing the development of a resort on the Red Sea. Currently, he is managing the development of two major projects a residential/commercial one in Cairo, and a resort comprising six different components including hotels, commercial areas, educational institutions, wellness and medical facilities, in Marsa Alam on the Red Sea coast of Egypt.

Mohamed Aly
Co-founder, Partner, Business Development Manager
Mohamed Aly received a Bachelor's degree in engineering and industrial design with higher studies in the ergonomics field at Helwan University in Cairo. He was a design engineer for a Franco-Egyptian company where he acquired his initial knowledge about localizing products as well as design from a European perspective. He joined the North African group of companies as a partner and is a founding member of eLocalize where he developed the business field of localization. He and his co-founders have helped grow eLocalize from a small company localizing software for the Middle East into the entity it is today, one of the larger suppliers of translation, localization and DTP services not only for the local region but also covering the African continent. His main hobby is keeping exotic fish and fishing.

Ahmed Abdel Hameed
Co-founder, Partner & Executive Manager
Ahmed Abdel Hameed has a degree in Computer Science and Mathematics Faculty from Ain Shams University (1999). He is also a Sun Microsystems Certified Java Developer and Programmer (2003) His first position was as Senior Localization Engineer at Future Group in Cairo and he then became Software and IT Manager at North Africa Company, a large hardware entity, of which eLocalize is an affiliate. He is a co-founder of eLocalize for Technology, a board member and the Executive Manager. He uses his high qualifications in computer and IT science to great effect ensuring that eLocalize handles all engineering, testing and technical tasks with ease and efficiency. He is also a co-founder of eWebbers studio, an internet marketing company offering the full gamut of media services to its clients.

Ahmed Hamdy
Production Manager
Ahmed has a bachelor’s degree in English Language & Literature from the Faculty of Arts, English Department at Ain Shams University in Cairo. After working as an English teacher for one year he then changed his career to working in the field of desktop publishing and database programming (He is an Oracle developer). He has 10 years of experience in Desktop Publishing and localization and was with Future Group Egypt before joining eLocalize in 2009.to become production manager in charge of operations. He is interested in writing and has written general articles and short stories. He is also fond of blogging.

Frank Neser
Marketing Manager
Frank, our EU marketing manager, was born and raised in Germany and has a degree in publishing management. He has a wealth of experience in marketing, media and IT as he started his career as a marketing manager and assistant to the sales officer at the independent German computer manufacturer CTM. Later on he was marketing director for MIG, a cable TV and digital media company, and worked for Klett Verlag, the German publisher of PONS dictionaries and language courses. His goals are perfect quality and customer satisfaction.

Rosalind Smith
Marketing Manager
Rosalind is born in the UK and raised in South Africa, she's with a degree in fine arts from the City of London Guilds School, and attended the Sorbonne’s Ecole Nationale Superieure des Beaux-Arts. She worked as IT administrator at Babcock Africa in Johannesburg for several years prior to moving to Egypt.. In Egypt, she has worked as marketing and sourcing manager for a Sinai hotel group, was an English editor of the Egyptian Gazette newspaper, and die editing and marketing for theOn Line Media agency.
