Monolingual Audio- and Video Transcription

We provide accurate, prompt and affordable transcriptions in a wide range of languages from audio or video files. Our standard languages are English and Arabic; upon request we can provide transcriptions in other languages such as German, Spanish, Farsi, Urdu or Turkish.

Transcriptions are charged by audio minute, which experience shows is the most transparent and fairest method. We transcribe from most audio or video formats but prefer .mp3 due to the small file size and options for digital post-engineering. Our transcriptions include: interviews, meetings, oral documentation, conferences and symposia, press briefings, webcasts, phone calls, speeches, and many other formats of the spoken language.

All of our typists are native speakers of the relevant language and have a qualification in the subject matter or field of knowledge. Retyping

A similar service is the retyping of non-editable documents like photocopies or scans. We can provide retyping services in many languages such as Arabic, Farsi, Hebrew, English or German. We create editable documents in MS Word or other file formats. Retyping is either charged by the hour or by the page. Retyping is a painstaking task, but we take great care in doing a good job.

Sometimes we receive documents of bad quality or in difficult formats, for which our digital processing cannot produce suitable digital files or the desired accuracy. In such cases we have native speakers of the language in question that will retype the document. In cooperation with our DTP department, even the layout of the source document can be reconstructed, to a certain extent.
